The Katana ✨ handbook
Katana ✨ is a multipurpose Discord bot. Instead of running a stack
of single-purpose bots that all fight over the same prefix, you get
moderation, logging, roles, an economy and a bunch of social
commands in one place. These docs walk through everything Katana
can do in chat: every command, every option, with real examples
from the bot's own +help output.

Most servers grow a little zoo of single-purpose bots: one for moderation, one for logging, one for self-assignable roles, one for the economy, one for the silly stuff. They drift out of sync, fight over the same prefix, and you end up memorising five different help pages. Katana ✨ rolls all of that into one bot and moves the configuration out of chat into this dashboard.
Here's what you actually get:
- A full moderation toolkit. Bans, kicks, timeouts, channel locks, slowmode, message purging, voice controls, sniping deleted messages.
- 22-event server logging. Pick a destination channel per event type so member joins, message edits, voice activity and the rest each land where you want them.
- Autoroles for the moment members join, and role menus (buttons or a select menu) for the roles members assign themselves. The dashboard ships with a Discohook-style live preview so you can see your changes before saving.
- A complete economy: wallet, bank, shop, items, inventory, buy and sell.
- Social, roleplay and fun commands, plus quick games like rock-paper-scissors and tic-tac-toe.
- Reminders (DM or in-channel, fires when you want) and AFK status that auto-pings anyone who tags you.
- A full audit log behind every dashboard action so server owners can always see who did what.
